Biography
Robert practices primarily in the fields of Public Health Law, Governmental and Administrative Law, Labor & Employment Law, and Corporate Compliance. Robert is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association, and the Birmingham Bar Association.
While in law school, Robert was on the Editorial Board of the Alabama Law Review and served as the publication’s Acquisitions Editor. His student note, a multi-state analysis of gambling asset forfeiture laws, was selected for publication by Alabama Law Review Online. Robert served on the Campbell Moot Court Board and was a member of the Alabama Student Bar Association. He was also the recipient of the Hugo L. Black Scholar Award.
Prior to entering private practice, Robert served as a Law Fellow for the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Office of Counsel.
