Biography
Walter practices primarily in the fields of Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Appeals, Secured Transactions and Bankruptcy. Walter is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification
In law school, Walter was on the Editorial Board of the Alabama Law Review. Prior to entering private practice, Walter served as Law Clerk to United States District Judge Robert E. Varner, Middle District of Alabama. He has been a speaker at numerous seminars on the subjects of Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Security Interests, Collections and Real Estate and he has published articles on corporate liability and zoning issues in Alabama in the Alabama Lawyer and Alabama Law Review.
